Fundraising and Donations:

CVGSAR is a registered charity and is able to send charitable receipts for any amounts over $25. Our group is totally funded by donations from the community, with only our rent and utilities generously paid by the Regional District of Comox Strathcona. Our support comes from fundraising at community events, the annual ski swap, the gear swap, the United Way and several other service clubs like the Rotaries. Many individuals also donate to us, some with monetary donations and some in goods or services.
